Natasha is a blogger, virtual health and wellness coach, dance and fitness instructor. Her passion is to help YOU reach and sustain your goals. She has been in the dance & fitness industry for nearly 15 years. Natasha is a former professional ballerina, current certified Pilates, Barre Fitness, and dance instructor. Her entire life has been centered around ballet, health, and fitness. Now she wants to spread her knowledge with you.



After Natasha’s first appearance on  Fox Television’s hit series “So You Think You Can Dance” she, and her husband, experienced the grievances of two miscarriages. Finally, in 2015 their rainbow baby forever changed their lives. Eighteen quick months later they welcomed their second child who, without a doubt, completed their family. She is grateful to be able to work from home so she can spend more time with her family.
